In short

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Your browser loads everything from www.nsi4.com and nothing from anywhere else.

We see personal data in two cases only. Our host receives your IP address when you open a page. We receive what you write when you email us.

Who is responsible

NSi4 Holding Single Member P.C., Christou Mantika 10, Kypseli, 11362 Athens, Greece, is responsible for the personal data this notice describes. Write to contact@nsi4.com about anything in it.

When you open a page

The site runs on Microsoft Azure, in its France Central region in the EU. To send you a page, Azure's servers receive your IP address, the address of the page, the time, and the name and version your browser reports.

We use these only to deliver the site and keep it secure. We keep no log of these requests. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

When you write to us

Every contact link on the site opens your own email app, addressed to contact@nsi4.com. We receive your email address, your name if your email carries it, and what you write.

We use it to answer you. We keep it as long as the conversation needs, and longer only where the law requires. Our email runs on Microsoft 365. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or the steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

What stays in your browser

The site sets no cookies. The home page draws its task field once per browser tab, and keeps one entry in your browser's session storage to know it has. The entry holds no personal data, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you close the tab.

Who else receives it

Microsoft processes the data above for us, as our host and our email provider. We do not sell personal data, and we share it with no one else.

Our email is stored in Microsoft's EU and EFTA region and handled under its EU Data Boundary. In rare security cases that need a global response, Microsoft may move essential data outside the EU. The EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Microsoft's data protection terms cover such a move.

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, Warcraft Logs and other sites take you to sites with their own privacy notices.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it, delete it, limit its use, or give it to you in a portable form, and you can object to how we use it. Write to contact@nsi4.com; we answer within one month.

No law or contract requires you to give us personal data, and writing to us is your choice. We make no automated decisions about anyone.

You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, at dpa.gr.
